I have been working as a sustainability consultant in the building construction industry for 12 years, including master planning, building planning and maintenance. I was also actively involved in political campaigns, marketing and advertising programmes.

 

As a Principal Engineer and team lead, we have delivered many first of its kind projects.  After collected many certificates and participated in many projects worldwide, I recognized the need to communicate sustainability to a wider audience and to provide information about sustainability in a simplified way, and founded the company Joy of Sustainability. 

 

Sustainability refers to the immediate measures imposed by climate change, but it is not necessarily limited to them. In this webpage, I will share a wider aspect of Sustainability ranges from Climate change considerations to personal development, and to future outlooks.

 

The site emphasizes the quality of the publications and welcomes both professional and amateur writers and non-professionals. It provides a platform for knowledge exchange with a wider audience and for the development of new ideas and solutions.

Besides sharing the knowledge with the wide range of audience, I also provide consultancy and coaching services to companies seeking sustainability solutions and individual developments.  The services ranges from consultancy to peer review to training and coaching.

Besides the professional competency, I'm also a master certified life coach under the International Coach Federation (ICF), also a Marshall Goldsmith certified executive coach and team coach.
